Panagiota-Kyriaki Revelou is a Food Technologist with a Ph.D. from the Agricultural University of Athens and a M.Sc. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her present position is an Academic Fellow at the Department of Food Science and Technology of the University of West Attica. She has participated in the research program  “QuaAuthentic_GR – Development of innovative “tools” for the authenticity identification of major exportable Greek products of high added value through “non invasive/non destructive” analytical techniques: Motivation of professional and consumer_Τ1ΕΔΚ-05678”, and she is currently working as a Research Associate at the research program “Evaluation of assay methods and investigation of the presence of 4-methylimidazole in honey” in collaboration with the Hellenic Mediterranean University. From 2009 to 2015, she held the position of Laboratory Analyst at the Spectrum Labs S.A. Quality Control Laboratories and from 2005 to 2006, she worked at the Quality Control Department of Karamolegos Bakery Industry S.A.
